A. As a homeowner, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of your interior heating and cooling systems. Typically homeowners’ insurance policies do not cover repair of your heating or cooling system components.

Q. What is included in this program?
A. You will be covered up to $1,750 for your heating system repairs, and $1,750 for your cooling system repairs. This includes labor and materials for covered repairs so you can rest assured you’re protected by American Water Resources.
